Mr. Eller was admitted to the Washington bar in 1997. He spent a several years practicing personal injury law, including contract work with personal injury law firms.

One of the personal injury firms apparently liked his work as he accepted an offer to become an associate. Eventually Mr. Eller struck out on his own.
