A statute was repealed, but that does not mean you have no claim.
Most personal injury claims are based on negligence, which is created by case law, not statutes. You may have a claim of negligence and/or other legal theories.
I heard they repealed the herpes/STD statute. Does that mean I do not have a claim against someone who failed to disclose they had it?
